Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when your order. We cannot take responsibility if this address is incorrect. We ask for a phone number at checkout, which is passed to the courier, should they have trouble finding your address and need to contact you. You can add to an order if it has not been shipped by emailing us.

CLICK & COLLECT
For local orders, we offer a contactless click & collect service from CW4. The click & collect location will be sent via email once your order is ready for collection.

LARGE FURNITURE DELIVERY
Your item will be delivered by our specialist furniture courier. They will make contact to arrange a convenient time & date.
Please ensure there is a clear pathway for our couriers to deliver to a ground floor room of your choice, they will deliver to your home
but not assemble (unless previously organized with ourselves).
If you decide the item is unsuitable please email us and we will organize a collection of the item (a pick up charge will be incurred and we will notify you of this at the time).
'MADE TO ORDER' ITEMS
All 'made to order, customised or bespoke' items are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once order has been processed. Once a ‘made to order, customised or bespoke’ order has been placed it cannot be altered.
For all pre-order items, lead time will vary per item. The lead time will be roughly estimated on the product page. Once your order is despatched from our warehouse, you will be notified via email.
*Please note that if you order other items alongside 'pre-ordered' items, your order will only be despatched when all items are in stock.
As per the Consumer Contract Regulations, you automatically qualify for a 14-day return, which means you have 14 days from receiving and signing for your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. When returning your order, it must be packed suitably to avoid any potential damage.
Please note, any breakages/damages that happen during the return shipping are your responsibility and will be deducted off the total refund amount. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we have received your return, please allow 7-10 working days for your refund to be processed. For security reasons, we can only make refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order.
You are liable for the cost of returning the item(s) back to us. We advise you to get proof of postage or shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If any further damages happen during the return shipping, this is not our responsibility and this will be deducted off the refund.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please allow 7-10 working days.
If the value of the item has been reduced while in your possession you are liable for this cost and it will either be taken from your refund or billed to you.
